  The core of the subject “Integrated Humanities” is based upon the curriculum as proposed by the Education Bureau's most recent Integrated Humanities curriculum for the junior secondary school and General Studies curriculum for the senior primary school. Teachers focus on the development of students' independent and critical thinking, problem solving skill and creativity, and familiarize them with the use of these tools to scrutinize issues from different stances through various learning materials, activities and E-learning.
       The aim of learning Integrated Humanities is to enhance students’ knowledge and learning skills, communication skills through active participation in the inquiry based learning activities and discussion with peers and teachers in a proactive manner. Finally, with the students' mind enriched with creativity, they are also equipped with skills that are necessary and critical for making judgment and for the future success of their in the ever-changing world.
