Hong Kong-Melbourne-Foshan Sister-school Exchange Program 2014
Background Confucius said, “Isn’t it great having friends to visit us from distant places?” Like previous years, twelve students and their Principal, Ms Esme Capp, Assistant Principal, Ms Anne O’Sullivan and Mr Robert Vandahl of our Melbourne sister-school, Princes Hill Primary School (PHPS)are coming to visit us for the seventh time. They are staying with us from 26th October to 3rd November. Amid their 9-day stay, they will spend three days, from 29th to 31st October, to join us and extend the exchange to Luocun Experimental School (LES) in Nanhai, Foshan, China. This tripartite exchange among Hong Kong, Melbourne and Foshan is unique to all participants of the three schools and at the same time, we hope that this invaluable opportunity can broaden the horizons of the students and teachers from the three schools and promote mutual understanding between the west and the east.
